The Risk function acts as guardian of the bank's risk appetite and provides effective and independent risk oversight in such aspects as:
Challenging and engaging with the business in crafting its risk profile, strengthening the first Line of Defense (LoD) and aligning its strategy execution with shareholders' and regulatory requirements
Maintaining a comprehensive bank-wide risk appetite framework
Positioning Risk function as competent, reliable and challenging counterpart vis-à-vis regulatory authorities globally
Providing our partners with clarity on all risk-related matters and ensuring timely assessment and escalation
Risk teams based in Wroclaw focus on various risk aspects including: Credit and Market Risk Reporting, Credit Risk scenarios, Fiduciary Risk Management, CRO Change, Credit Risk Management, Market and Liquidity Risk Management and Quantitative Strategies. About the Program
Our program is a rare opportunity on the financial market. It gives you the best chance to broaden your skills during a two year extensive training period. Please note that you will first need to complete a three month internship (beginning in May on a yearly basis) to join the Graduate Program.
During the first year, apart from working with one of the teams in the Risk Division, you will get on-the-job training to perform the daily business activities along with vast offer of financial, banking products and services, soft skills and risk awareness courses.
After one year, each Graduate Program participant rotates to a different team within Risk, to gain the best insight into another business area
During the second year you will be provided with project management training, which will ultimately lead to final project task, which you will perform together with other Graduate Program participants
After the Program you will be able to choose which Risk area you would like to stay in as a permanent employee and we will offer you a full time, unlimited timing contract. Benefits and an extraordinary chance to learn the business and get to know the people working here
