The Client Analyst contributes to the development of the UK platform client franchise and that of Natixis Corporate Investment Banking more broadly through analysis, strategy development and commercial action planning and coordination. As part of the CIB Client Unit team in London – and in collaboration with the CIB Client Unit team in Paris - prepare targeted analyses to understand and develop the Natixis' client franchise (with a focus on the UK platform) - Support initiatives to optimize the commercial practices of the UK platform sales organization (e.g. use of Nat1), identify opportunities (e.g. by using external benchmark data), and improve client profitability - Contribute to other projects and initiatives that help improve client management Main internal & external relations: UK CIB Senior Client Management specialist, EMEA CIB Client Unit Head and team - Head of Sales & Engineering FI and Equity UK - UK Business lines heads - COOs Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives - Global Markets Sales - MOA - CMM - Business Management of Sectors / DPM – Coverage
Capacity to analyze large quantities of data to identify trends and extract insights. Ability to synthesize key messages and to communicate them clearly (both orally as in written form) Ability to think out of the box to identify new opportunities Ability to work well as part of a team. Capacity to work with Excel, Business Object or QlikSense Good PowerPoint skills Sound understanding of the products of one or more Global Markets / CIB business lines Sound knowledge of English Knowledge of French would be a plus.
