We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join one of Europe's fastest growing private equity funds. Our client is a leading growth and buy-out investor with an outstanding track record and a best-in-class investment team. Their investor relations team is small and entrepreneurial. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, detail-orientated and commercially minded professional to work directly with the senior IR and business development team, supporting them with the organisation of their investor outreach and updating the CRM system. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide primary support to business development professionals
Identifying and researching prospective investors and conducting both competitor and geographic analysis
Planning roadshows - driving forward the organisation of face to face investor meetings, ensuring business development team members are effective with their schedule
Assist with investor outreach initiatives, liaising with internal teams to coordinate these
Preparation of meeting briefing notes, internal progress updates for senior management and post meeting follow up materials
Quality control of CRM, ensuring insights and information is updated, analysed and meaningfully used
Selected support with fundraising DDQs/ ad hoc investor queries and participation in LP meetings
Experience within the financial services industry, working in a financial institution is desirable - investor relations, placement agent, capital markets or asset management sales support
Familiarity with private markets is an advantage
Proficient English language skills, comfortable crafting eloquent and succinct messages
Able to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
