FINCO Search is working with a diversified investment firm, focused on commodities and real estate in London. They have grown their interest in the UK Real Estate markets substantially with investments on 3 funds and are looking to bring on 2 analysts to support the real estate investment team as they look to onboard real estate assets (residential, commercial and industrial) to continue their fund progress.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with the portfolio/asset managers on real estate portfolio analysis
Analyse portfolios and balance sheets, working with senior management on targeted investments and real estate assets
Scrutinise potential real estate asset purchases to a granular level, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks
Benchmark potential returns with local brokers/counterparties to ensure solid due diligence against returns, sustainability and security
Work with data sets, values and financials to analyse the portfolio and potential acquisitions
Researching key drivers in the local real estate market and aligning this with potential acquisitions and investments
3-7 years experience as an analyst within a real estate asset manager or investment firm
Solid understanding of benchmarking assets/investments and returns and analysing portfolios and balance sheets
Good understanding of the UK residential, commercial and industrial real estate space
Particularly numerate with experience on working in a fast paced asset management firm
