The Role Responsibilities
Engage new lines of business and infrastructure teams to take part in the benchmarking assessment and validation processes
Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged, and are committed to what they need to deliver
Work with prioritised application and infrastructure teams to ensure they complete their benchmarking assessments
Resolve minor issues which occur during the benchmarking assessments with the relevant stakeholders
Highlight any risks/issues in completing benchmark assessments in good time to the programme management
Work with prioritised application and infrastructure teams to ensure they document their Application Recovery Plans
Conduct walk-through workshops with each prioritised application and infrastructure team to identify any gaps in their current documented process
Capture gaps identified and communicate them clearly to the relevant stakeholders
Work with prioritised application and infrastructure teams to document the tactical (e.g. document updates) and/or strategic (e.g. new capabilities) remediation they plan to undertake
Track and highlight key remediation gaps to the wider IT Resilience programme so that thematic remediations can be assessed
Work with the wider IT Resilience programme to feed in and process improvements that come up through the benchmarking assessments and validation process
Our Ideal Candidate
Field of Study - Degree in IT, Business Administration, Management or related field
Certification - Business Process or Business Analysis certifications
At least 3-5 years demonstrable experience working in a similar role within a project organization, business office or similar in a Technology, Technology Infrastructure or IT organization is required.
A person who can own tasks and take end to end delivery responsibility. Able to get buy-in from stakeholders, and use their analytical skills to assess and clearly articulate problems/solution options.
Facilitation and coordination skills:
Able to lead workshops
Elicit responses effectively
Work closely with stakeholders to get buy-in
Strong analytical skills; able to outline problems, opportunities and options
Excellent stakeholder management skills; experience working with senior and working level stakeholders
Understanding of IT systems and resilience requirements
Good to have
Understanding of SCBs IT operating model
Knowledge of SCBs delivery policies, procedures and standards
Understanding of cyber compromise issues
