We Offer CRO and Regulatory Change is responsible for global regulatory foresight, regulatory change and supporting the business with a BAU operating framework where applicable. We work together to identify regulations impacting Credit Suisse, and ensure we're making the right changes to maintain compliance in an efficient way. As a Senior Regulatory Specialist, you will complement the existing Regulatory Sourcing Americas team, which is accountable for identifying, analyzing and addressing new rules and regulations for the Americas region in order to facilitate timely compliance of CS with new regulatory obligations. This role will enable you to build outstanding expertise of the global financial regulatory landscape across all continents, to grow an extensive network with regulatory and compliance specialists and managers across the world as well as to form a substantial understanding of Credit Suisse's global business footprint. Identify and analyze new rules and regulations.
Interact with a diverse group of impacted partners including senior management from all divisions to ensure that new regulatory requirements are addressed appropriately within the organization.
Develop and maintainin-depth knowledge of Credit Suisse business operations and structures in all relevant jurisdictions.
Lead and supply to change projects that seek to improve the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) process as well as improve overall provision of the function's service.
Agree with members of our global Regulatory Sourcing function and the wider Regulatory Foresight & Intelligence department to increase collaboration and further develop the Operating Model for RCM.

At least 3 - 6 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in regulatory, legal & compliance or risk environment.
Distinctive communication and presentation skills with an ability and confidence to discuss issues at all levels.
Proficient in English; knowledge of any other language will be plus!
Demonstrate attention to detail, a 'can do' attitude with ability to solve issues in effective and reciprocal manner.
Ability to positively question the status-quo and strive for improvements.
