I'm in partnership with a global asset manager and am helping them to grow there Russian speaking desk. They can offer a global presence and opportunity to take on a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients already banking with them as well as a constant flow of leads coming from their international offices.
They need someone that is willing to put the time in and build relationships with existing clients as well as act on leads and be proactive in building the portfolio. Additionally, this person will need to be able to speak Russian.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Communicate in the client's native language.
Ability to build strong lasting relationships
Go above and beyond to make the clients feel valued.
Work proactively in building the portfolio with new potential clients and act upon leads and referrals.
Provide high quality and regulated investment advice to all clients.
Be willing to travel both in the UK and international to visit clients and build relationships
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
Must be able to speak fluent Russian or Turkish.
Must have experience working with Private clients.
Hold an RDR level 4 or equivalent as a minimum.
Have experience in sales and giving regulated advice.
Knowledge of what the client is looking for and building a strategy to implement your advice.
Ability to manage a portfolio and maximise revenues
