About the role
We are looking for a number of Regulatory Change and Investment Banking professionals to work on an exciting project for our Tier 1 Investment Banking client. Your role will be based within Regulatory Reform and will see you working within the Client Outreach piece of the Uncleared Margin Programme. This will be a very large-scale project, and we are looking for multiple candidates in both London & New York.
Your duties and responsibilities may vary as project requirements change, but will initially include:
Liaising directly with clients on relevant documentation
Developing an understanding and ability to effectively articulate Uncleared Margin requirements
Proactive and reactive communication with clients, including via email and calls
Researching / formulating responses to client queries as needed
Creation and maintenance of standard responses to client requests
Analysis to support client outreach
Working with the business to ensure clients have completed remediation
Co-ordinating across multiple internal departments to ensure all client documentation is complete in advance of regulatory deadlines
Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role

What we are looking for
Candidates should Ideally have the following:
Strong educational background - 2.1 degree (Masters/MBA would be an advantage)
3+ years BA/project management experience in a Tier 1 investment bank (or for a Big 4 consulting firm within the investment banking space)
Business Analysis, Project Management or PMO experience (e.g. front to back change projects)
Knowledge of Swap documentation (ISDAs, CSAs, Collateral Schedules) is preferred but not a requirement to be successful in the role
