Our client is a western investment group with global headquarter in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CIO and their investment team in Hong Kong.
Reporting to CIO, you will be responsible for planning travel arrangements for senior staff members, arranging in the creation and preparation of presentations, both for internal and external use. You will bo handling and the reimbursement of monthly business, travel and entertainment expenses. You will be organizing client and internal meetings, events and personnel committees. You will also handle Senior Executive's personal matters.
To qualify, you must be:
A university graduate with 7 - 10 years of experience as executive assistant within fund management and/or financial services industries.
Independent, mature, tactful, personable, diplomatic and well-groomed.
Meticulous, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Willingness to take on responsibilities unrelated to office work.
Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel/PowerPoint.
Highly fluent English and Cantonese (both spoken and written).
