Poste et missions You will assist in management of commercial real estate portfolios, execution of business plans, and evaluation of new opportunities to add value and ultimately dispose of the properties. As our Asset Management Analyst, your main activities and tasks will be :
Preparing and updating cash flow projections ;
Assisting with preparation of annual business plans ;
Reviewing information provided by property managers and operating partners, including tenancy schedules and management reports ;
Sensitivity analysis on proposed leases, capital expenditures, developments and sales ;
Preparing memorandums for internal recommendations (leasing, capital expenditures, disposals) ;
Preparing quarterly asset updates and client reporting ;
Tracking actual performance against business plans and explaining any deviations
Assisting with asset management initiatives to increase property value ; (if appropriate), including redevelopment, capital expenditures and leasing negotiations ;
Monitoring the development progress (if appropriate), including reviewing development budgets, tracking of the invoices and reviewing technical reports ;
Assisting the Asset Managers on property and company disposals (if appropriate) ;
Developing relationships with senior managers, operating partners, service providers and key letting and sales agents across the European markets ;
Assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks (as required).
Profil et compétences requises Technical :
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Good understanding of the financial markets
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Capable of taking initiative and working independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English)
Previous work experience in the Real Estate sector Behavioral :
Ability to collaborate with others and work well as a part of the team
Strong problem solving skills, capability to identify and resolve any issue
Conscientious nature and meticulous attention to detail Others
Fluent knowledge of English
