Job Description: Blackstone's Analyst and Associate programs offer a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to develop a well-rounded perspective on business and investing. The investment process develops both the financial analysis of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. Analysts and associates are involved in extensive valuation analyses and financial modeling of companies across all private equity asset classes, as well as with the diligence, evaluation, and execution of transactions. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, monitoring existing portfolio companies, measuring impact potential, and conducting various investment research projects.
