The Performance group provides performance information and portfolio analysis for Fidelity International Limited FIL worldwide. The department is located in Dublin and consists of several teams that provide a variety of investment performance related services and analysis to all areas of the FIL business. The group comprises of teams that are responsible for performance measurement and portfolio analysis for over 2000 Institutional and Retail funds. The data provided will include fund and benchmark returns, performance attribution, as well as ex-post risk analysis. Another team will take responsibility for data integrity on the team's core database. The Oversight team is responsible for calculating Portfolio Manager Compensation metrics and supporting our GIPS compliance, supporting regulatory initiatives and on providing more complex analysis and supporting senior management reporting.
Purpose of your role
The primary focus of the role is to provide monitoring data on the fund's exposure to LIBOR related instruments. The Performance Group will need to provide evidence of intelligent oversight and management of exposures through time. Furthermore, the ability to demonstrate a robust and effective governance process to internal and potentially external stakeholders will be required.
At other times, you will assist the team with support on the other oversight functions.

Respond to queries for information on fund/client investments in a timely manner
Maintain instrument list across all relevant funds

Your skills and experience
Degree level in Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics, Accounting preferred however will consider non-degree holders with the desire to learn and an aptitude for numbers.
Accuracy and attention to detail essential.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Excel including Pivot tables an advantage.
Self-motivated with a keen sense of personal responsibility.
Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels (up to senior management)
