A western multi-billion dollar asset management, with strong presence in HK and Asia Pacific Region. This person will be part of their Regulatory Compliance Team, responsible for providing regulatory compliance duties for Greater China region.
Our client is one of the leading asset managers in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, with strong compliance culture in placed, provide excellent work-life balance and career prospect. They are currently looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and driven compliance professional to become part of their Regional Compliance Team.
As a part of the Regional Compliance team, you will be reporting to Regional Head of Compliance, handling all rounded compliance duties for their Greater China business, responsible for risk based compliance review, development of compliance program, guidelines and procedures. You will be heavily involved in new products launching procedure, providing day-to-day compliance advice to different business lines. You will also be responsible for regular compliance reporting, and be a main point of contact to local and regional regulators.
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law or Accounting, with a professional qualification, with at least 3-6 years of experience working in an investment management or asset management, with sound knowledge in SFC regulations, you will possess excellent presentation and communication skills (Fluent English is a MUST) and an ability to deal with all levels of an organization.
