Your role Are you client-centric focused with a good record of resolving enquiries? Do you use innovative approaches to identify and address client needs? We are looking for someone who can help us: – build relationships with key decision makers at the client hub – provide post-trade support for our hedge fund clients – manage risks in sensitive markets – working with internal groups to ensure clients avoid costly operational mistakes and regulatory risks – introduce prime brokerage technology and delivering of the firm's services and capabilities to the clients – cross sell the firm's products and technology – monitor client trends and understand their rationale – review balance trends and client market share – assess prime brokerage revenue with service offering to ensure proper balance
Your team You'll be part of the Client Hub team in Hong Kong. We are responsible for the client experience of the firm's clients conducting business with our Equity function. The Client Services Specialist within the Client Hub is responsible for the day to day interaction with our clients and driving strategic enhancement in the relationship across equity products
Your expertise – basic knowledge of hedge funds and the common strategies to be employed – knowledge of a broad range of asset classes, preferably; equities, fixed income, FX, listed and OTC derivatives, equity swap and other equity-related securities – excellent communication skills, confident and able to clearly articulate complex and time sensitive solutions – enthusiastic, a self-starter demonstrating initiative and the ability to handle pressure – analytical mindset with intuitive problem solving skills, able to prioritize and multi-task – commercially driven, complemented with a sound awareness of compliance, control and operational / business risk
