Markets & Securities Services Capital Optimization: International Capital Optimization Creating and executing capital optimisation initiatives is your primary objective as a Vice President for Capital Optimization. Senior management depends on sound analysis to drive their decisions and planning, and your work will form the foundation of Citi's capital strategy. As a part of the International Capital Optimization team, you will focus on driving change globally with FRM's partners to improve data quality, efficiency and regulatory capital interpretations to drive business decisions that realize firm-wide savings. Metrics of focus include Risk Weighted Assets, Return on Tangible Common Equity, GSIB, CCAR Stress Loss and more. Key Competencies: Creative Problem Solving

Proven analytical skills for developing data analysis and quantitative strategies
A demonstrated history of delivering on initiatives
Ability to coordinate processes and work as part of multiple teams across a firm
An ability to manage personal workload and agenda independently but in alignment with the priorities of the business unit
Ability to work under pressure in a highly professional Front Office environment
Familiarity with large scale data and querying ability is preferred
