A newly founded Real Estate fund (September 2019), my client will primarily be focused on investing across UK Real Estate with the first injection of fresh capital already made. The current team consists of a Managing Partner who we have worked with for many years. They are looking for an individual to come on board as the second hire to this new fund and build the team over the next few years. The role offers varied exposure across the activities of the Real Estate business including investment, client marketing and investment management, asset management and execution. Analyse Real Estate Investment Opportunities
Execute Real Estate Investments
Lead with monitoring of Real Estate Investments
Build their first portfolio of UK assets
Marketing and relationship building
Candidates will possess at 3-8 years' experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity/Transaction Services/Financial Modelling teams
Exceptional Financial Modelling skills
Fluent European Language is highly desired
Sector experience (Real Estate is a must)
Be proactive, with the ability to take on a high degree of responsibility and to execute critical workstreams with limited supervision
Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong team ethic
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Commercial acumen - ability and interest in analysing and comparing businesses
