We are seeking candidates keen to enter a dynamic and growing investment team and have day 1 exposure to the entire investment process from initial analysis, diligence, execution and portfolio management.
Support the Principals and Partners directly with the full investment process from origination to execution
Financial and commercial analysis including modelling, due diligence, desk-based research as well as on-site visits and interviews with founders
Portfolio management - performance review and reporting
Fund administration - assisting the finance team with quarterly investor reporting and asset valuations
Day 1 exposure to entrepreneurs and companies
Compile presentations and market reports on the strengths and weaknesses of the tech market.
Leading a team to consolidated and evolve a portfolio management strategy.
Deal closing and reviewing of legal documents need to be thorough.
Minimum 2-3 years in a leading Investment Bank or Venture Capital fund
Strong financial acumen including the ability to analyse and understand financial statements
Keen Interest in high growth companies and technology
Preferred industry experience: TMT, Consumer and Retail and Business Services.
EU language skills are preferred as there is a global outlook to the fund.
Strong communication and written ability is essential
Strong work ethic with an excellent command of the English language
Degree level qualification with upper class second as a minimum
