Digital sales acquisition
Acquire new digital customer base and increase wallet share of customers for DBS Bancassurance (General Insurance) team
Drive sales via DBS digital product channels (digibank online, digibank mobile and PayLah!)
Product and marketing development
Work with insurance partner to develop new general insurance products as well as enhancing existing product benefits
Draft, edit and proof-read product collaterals including policy wordings, product summary, FAQs
Work with marketing on website copy
Develop new marketing collaterals with marketing team and creative agencies for online marketing channels such as web content, email copy and display banners to drive traffic to the websites
Review proposed online media schedule provided by agency and ensure the effective media are adopted
Work with Business Analytics team to determine leads criteria to drive sales and engagement
Develop and create IMO to enable tracking for campaigns and promotions.
Digital project management
Collaborate across departments and insurance partner to develop new digital websites for general insurance products
Conceptualise the flow and design of screens through close partnership with the design team with DBS' customers in mind
Define business requirements for digital website development, review user stories and participate in pilot testing and live verification
Optimise customer journey and identify opportunities to improve user experience via adobe analytics
Regular updates of websites' content including promotional content
Monitor, analyse and report online sales acquisition and overall digital business performance
Bachelor's Degree holder from an accredited college or university
Some experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirement, managing channels projects and initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to complete work independently with limited direction and supervision
Ability to analyse and resolve problems with the use of data and customer feedback
Positive mindset and meticulous, with an eye for details
