Job Description Manulife is looking for a forward-thinking digital acquisition strategist to help drive our marketing website proposition across Asia.
Working closely with the Product Owner Director, Marketing Websites, you will be working closely with stakeholders across Asia to embed tools and skills introduced with our new digital marketing proposition as well as identify experience and usability improvements. In essence, you will play an important role in driving the continued success of our online experience.
The right candidate will have a passion for customer experience and design and a restless curiosity on what motivates and drives customer behavior online. You are a strong collaborator prepared to express your opinions, have the facts to back them up and are willing to compromise when necessary. You will be comfortable reconciling the big picture with the detail; you will own, develop and prioritize a backlog to maximizes value for the business, leveraging insights and data to inform all prioritization decisions.
Monetize our public websites by empowering the Asian markets with the right digital tools for lead generation, data analysis, A/B testing and SEO
Plan the regional roadmap (and help plan and prioritise the associated product feature backlog) for our suite of public websites with multi-disciplinary team members across customer experience, digital marketing, data, tech, UX and design
Help LBUs plan A/B and multivariate testing to test and validate hypothesis of continuous public website optimization
Educate and motivate markets to utilize the content management system and leverage the public website for a wide range of business activities
Perform, from time to time, an assessment of the site content for each LBU to check whether it is refreshed frequently and regularly
Understand market requirements, prioritize and devise a scalable solution with the technical community, that can be deployed regionally
Act as the bridge between business, design and technology and ensure all are unified around a shared direction
Coordinate the governance process of the public websites across Asian markets
Define, measure, and analyze key success metrics
Obsessed with customers (in a good way), loves data and digital marketing - we are looking for passion, precision and strive for excellence
Previous hands-on experience and know-how in SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, data analytics and A/B testing are a necessity to help you succeed in this role
E-commerce experience in Asia is a plus
Project management experience in delivering projects that involve UX, frontend, backend and data tracking - we are looking for a person who is data driven and results oriented
Worked in client facing role or internal client facing roles before, able to articulate benefit proposition of new solutions to influence working partners
Experience in launching projects across multiple geographical markets
Experience in using content management system such as Adobe Experience Management
Proficient English is essential; fluency in other Asian languages is a plus
Highly developed communication & relationship building skills
Patience, desire to help others and resilience are a must.
