This client facing role acts as the first point of contact for institutional clients and acts as the liaison between sales, traders, clearing firms, brokers and in-house operations for international settlements to include ETFs, Equities, Futures, Commodities, Options, Fixed Income & Liquidity trades requiring strong communication skills and detailed knowledge/experience of settlement processes & regulations.
Sitting within the sales trading team, the successful candidate will provide dedicated support to the traders to include providing complex ad hoc reporting, suggest process improvements for recurring issues and conduct broker reviews for trade settlements to name just a few value add tasks.
