To manage daily operations of Administration Services that consists of one Team Head and a team of around 15+ operations professionals for performing various back-office support to different business units/ departments including but not limited to perform mailing, cheque book personalization, form printing and imaging, scanning and re-production of archived records, maintenance of Long Card / Witnessing AC master log, with a view to ensure smooth and effective operation and provide quality services to internal customers.
To handle and prepare documentation for bank wide procurement projects such as printing, network / international couriers etc...
To ensure full compliance of P&Ps, BCP, internal and regulatory policies and requirements all the time.
To ensure the agreed service levels, turnaround time, productivity, quality and internal / external relationships with stakeholders and customers are achieved.
To contribute or initiate practical suggestions and ideas, such as automation, streamlining, centralization and outsourcing, to transform the operations with aim to achieve high efficiency, low cost and adequate risk control.
To support related product development/ marketing activities, including new product approval/ review/ implementation and provide cross-departments consultation/ contribution whenever necessary.
To build and maintain good relationship with business partners.
To coach and develop all associates and ensure adequate back up for each key position is in place.
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Higher Diploma or above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience under banking industry with not less than 2 years people management experience.
Sound knowledge in areas of Administrative management under Operations Department.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures.
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
