SVB is seeking a Business Analyst to help drive its process documentation for all of Client Advisory Service functions. This position will work closely with teams across Client Services to create process documentation and training plan to meet current, future and long-term needs for the Client Servicing organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
Create process documentation and ensure that there is a single repository for all key procedural documents and job aids Partner with leaders in the organization to create a training program for all members of Client Advisory Services (CAS).
Act as the owner for all process documentation for CAS and ensure timely reviews for all documents on an annual basis.
Partner with the leadership team to drive all key communication for the CAS floor
Collaborate with other SVB teams to ensure key messages at shared appropriately
Drive and own initiatives as seen in accordance with this role.
Strong interpersonal skills and personal credibility.
Resourceful in researching solutions, analyzing alternatives, and making recommendations from a training and documentation perspective.
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments, demands, and ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptionally strong communicator with the ability to craft a full range of clear, high-impact communications; able to engage in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
Able to create succinct presentation decks for key meetings.
Self-confident with the ability to work with and influence senior management.
