Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Understand Credit Risk reporting requirements with respect to their risk treatment and data requirements.
Translate stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverables. Collate business requirements, prepare functional requirements, in some instances to write User Stories and initiate User Requests (Request for Service) on behalf of the business and risk management units.
Work with report development team to design and maintain risk reports, ensuring design is robust and meet users requirements
Participate in evaluating new technologies to ensure the advancement of technology architecture and data within organization meets the Bank's Business Intelligence needs
Understand reporting tools capabilities and assist stakeholders with dashboard and reports design. Work closely with report development team on this.
Plan test scenarios perform pre-UAT sanity checks and co-ordinate with end-users to perform UAT. Conduct training for new reports and dashboard functionality.
Perform any other business specific tasks in the project schedule including requirements and data analysis, user interviews/surveys, maintenance of system configurations, preparation of user reports, live verification and enhancement / project related coordination.
Work closely with report development team and T&O support & delivery teams to ensure that user requirements are delivered successfully.
Ensure Daily and Monthly reporting processing are complete and time and manage impact of BAU process.
Degree in Banking, Commerce or Information Systems-related field with at least 5 years' relevant experience as a business analyst worked extensively on data related projects.
Experience in credit risk reporting related projects preferred.
Experience in BI reporting tools preferred,
Product knowledge and prior experience in Wholesale/Corporate Banking, Loans, Deposits, Trade and Treasury & Markets preferred.
Prior experience working in AGILE methodology preferred.
Prior experience with Access, Excel, Python and SQL.
Able to understand and articulate business objectives, risk and dependencies.
