Develop regional marketing campaigns as well as review country campaigns to provide best practices
Create a centre of excellence for content in terms of tools, guidelines and best practices for the region
Develop and drive high standards of social media and content marketing across the region
Work with technology to develop automation of content to enable easy cross sharing of relevant pieces and extracting greater business value
Understand the basic best practices of the digital marketing channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
Review strategic content pieces to ensure alignment with the communications guidelines
Accountable for implementing strong social media and content marketing processes and practices across the region to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver customer acquisition and retention
Monitor social media sentiment and develop insights that influence social media and business strategy
Responsible for driving implementation of content marketing tools that enable higher efficiency in sharing content
At least 8 years in a marketing communications role
University level degree, preferably in communications or marketing
Financial services experience preferred
An understanding of various social media and content marketing solutions and platforms
Demonstrated ability in a marketing role, managing agencies and internal partners.
Demonstrated track record in seeing and delivering projects from start to value realisation
Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make fact-based decisions while working in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines
Experience writing creative briefs that deliver against customer value propositions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and numbers driven
Good eye of differentiated creative campaigns
