Assist Team Head to strategize payment strategy and translate it into clear roadmaps and actionable pipeline of opportunities
Assist Team Head to oversee and brainstorm consumer payment initiatives with focus on transactional banking and international payments including online/offline remittance and cross-border strategy
Lead the end-to-end business strategy to ensure our payment solutions stay ahead of market competition and that our products are customer-centric, digitally friendly and with a strong value proposition
Drive offline-to-online strategy including product/platform enablement and customer engagement
Maintain an up-to-date competitive radar on payment products with the lens to benchmark including but not limited to traditional and virtual banks, FinTech, e-Wallets and overseas players etc.
Identify and reach out to potential ecosystem partners that can enable us to grow our payment business and deposits balance in a scalable way
Innovate cross-border payment enablers for capturing GBA opportunities with scale
Collaborate with channels, marketing, platforms, data analytics and corporate banking teams etc. to achieve smooth delivery of the payment initiatives
Drive and implement the Intelligent Banking and Future of Banking initiatives that aligned to the Bank's direction in becoming the Best Banking for a Better World (#B3W)
6+ years' experience in leading bank, financial institution, global payment network, or related payment company, with an understanding of the consumer product P&L
Broad payments industry knowledge or interests in consumer payments are preferred
With basic understanding on the latest payment trend in Hong Kong and GBA, including but not limited to P2P, C2B, B2C competitive landscape; and a fair understanding on local banks' digital assets
With hands on experience in project/product management, conducting consumer research and recommendation development
Highly adaptable, self-starter to connect with internal/external partners to achieve the desirable business KPIs
Able to thrive in fast-moving and high-growth environment, deal with ambiguity and demonstrate passion to learn and be part of the transformation team
With data-driven mindset whom can translate data insights into actionable outcome
Demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Good presentation skills and able to present complex idea in simple language
Knowledge in consumer payments, business analytics & data translation, products P&L
Good master of Microsoft Excel & Power Point presentations
Having network of affluent segments' ecosystem partnership and API knowledge is a plus
