Responsible for the end to end operations of the team
Manage high volume of largely migrant worker-profiled customers at the branch and assist with their enquiries
Assist in supervising, coaching, and training of contract staff
Weekly reporting of daily acquisition numbers and highlighting problem areas
Handle failed remit transactions and work permit account registration issues
Ability to interact with customer of all levels
Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
At least 3 years experience in retail banking sales or service
Comfortable with customer-facing duties
Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential as centre is visited by clientele that is made up of majority Indian nationals
Familiar with MS Office applications and troubleshooting on Andriod devices
Prior account management experience is an added advantage.
