Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
This role will focus on leading, collaborating and working in an Agile team to achieve the Bank's strategic initiative to digitize the end to end Credit processes for Corporate Banking. The key responsibilities are:
Understand the vision of the project and roadmap to achieve it
Work with Users, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to define and collate business requirements and preparing functional requirements
Plan the project milestones with corresponding timelines
Work closely with Users, and Technology partners to ensure that user requirements are delivered successfully and to schedule
Closely track the project and provide timely updates to Programme Manager, Senior Management, and Stakeholders
Liaise with Users, Stakeholders, and Technology partners to resolve project impediments
Prioritize enhancements and changes
Review test plans, ensure quality and completeness
Conducting end user training and preparing relevant material, e.g. user guides, FAQs
Performing support tasks for the project, such as data analysis, user interviews/ surveys, maintain system configuration, and Live Verification
Degree in Banking, Commerce or Information Systems
5 to 8 years of experience in project management
Experience with Agile methodology, such as Scrum or Kanban
Practical experience of analysing and handling large volumes of data, using basic tools such as MS Excel, MS Access
Knowledge of the credit products, risk monitoring processes, and Credit processing systems is preferred
Highly motivated and organised, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
Effective time management and prioritisation skills, able to drive project delivery on time
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
Openness to work on weekends and longer hours as and when required by the project
