Develop strategic and tactical marketing and advertising campaigns for Consumer Banking Group, with focus to drive usage across DBS Marketplaces (car, property, electricity), Remittance
as well as engagement and customer stickiness for apps such as DBS Digibank and Fastrack
To develop an engagement plan to drive consideration and conversion for marketplaces.
Measuring apps attribution to drive app downloads for PayLah!, Digibank, Lifestyle apps
Drive customer engagement and interaction for mobile apps - PayLah!, Digibank, Lifestyle apps
Build marketing insights and consumer behavior for marketplaces and remittance
Work closely with product teams on improving user experience improvements for new features or product improvements
Able to understand and leverage on consumer insights to influence marketing strategy
Analyse data, formulate hypotheses and run A/B test
To interface daily with the creative and media teams to incorporate stakeholders' inputs on campaigns to drive business outcomes
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve results
Define and track KPIs effectively to ensure business and marketing goals are realized
To manage spend and budget projections
To conceptualise, write creatively and manage events
Ensure brand identity is consistently applied across all marketing materials
Degree in Business or Marketing
At least 5 years' experience in product management experience for mobile consumer products and having knowledge of payments will be an advantage
The individual needs to be a data-driven marketer and a self-starter who understands how to uncover and act on consumer insights
Understands the principles of driving customer engagement (via paid and owned channels) and conversational commerce.
Strong project management skills
Ability to work in a high-paced, collaborative and iterative environment and is adaptable to changing business needs and challenges
Have experience in marketing attribution measurement
Experience in using mobile app attribution tool - Appsflyer, TUNE, etc.
Passionate about solving customer and business challenges and constantly questioning the norm
Highly analytical with technical knowledge in mobile apps marketing and digital marketing
Experienced in leading and working with advertising and media agencies
Banking knowledge is an advantage
Good understanding of Consumer Marketing
Be able to write proficiently and speak eloquently
