Lead, manage and align an overall strategy for communicating HR initiatives across all channels
Manage annual HR marketing plan by segment / products and deliver integrated marketing & communications campaigns
Work closely with HR product owners (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards) to build communication strategy and ensure communication of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to all associated programs
Strengthen employer branding by engaging social media (e.g. LinkedIn, eFinancial Careers, WeChat...etc) and pitching of HR industry awards & accolades
Track success and effectiveness of communication strategies and marketing campaigns Requirement:
Experience in communications and branding
Proven track record in driving effective internal communication strategy
Solid experience in digital marketing and online content management
Strong communication skills; excellent in written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
