We Offer As part of the Group IT COO, the CIO Business Management Services Team, provides month end accounting and controlling services to all Business Divisions as well as Corporate Functions of Credit Suisse. Multiple Financial and Portfolio Management processes rely on the accuracy of the data and services provided by Team. Our team also looks after the entire Organization Entity structure and maintain global authorization Database for the whole of IT Divisions. The candidate would support some of the deployed activities of the Group IT COO - CIO Business Management processes and would be responsible for the following activities -
Maintenance of the Organization Entity
Maintenance of global authorization Database (GAD)
Should be good with data reporting and reconciliation
Committed to meeting and producing accurate work under tight deadlines
Regular interaction with IT Stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication with them and also maintain transparency
Ensure quality and controls are in place and adhered to across all aspects of the activities including the execution and reporting of the process
Provide additional financial/data analysis as required by the business
Ensuring policies and procedures documentations are up-to-date and are being applied accurately
You hold an MBA degree
Prior experience in stakeholder management (minimum 4 years)
You possess knowledge of PeopleSoft
Experience in a global organisation (desirable)
Good Hands on Data Management (minimum 2 years)
Strong client focus attitude
Very good interpersonal skills as well as good written and verbal communication, ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels within the organisation, recognition of cultural differences
You have PeopleSoft skills as well as good with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
