Job Description Distribution and channel marketing
Plan, initiate and implement integrated distribution marketing plan for launching and promoting our investment funds and integrated wealth solutions among Manulife agents and key internal stakeholders across the Asia region. Initiatives range from advertising, PR, production of marketing collateral, seminars and events, e-marketing, customer communications, incentive programs etc.
Based on strong knowledge of Manulife Investment Management funds and investment capabilities, able to come up with marketing propositions against competition and timely execution.
Initiate and implement channel marketing plan to reinforce Manulife's image and capability in asset management, to distributions, primarily focused on Manulife agents.
Work closely with, insurance business, Manulife Investment Management wholesale team and product team to position and pitch our offering to Manulife agents and Manulife clients in HK.
Ensure all marketing programs comply with regulatory requirements and materials used are also approved by relevant parties.
Manage marketing budget.
To work closely with Customer Service and Analytic Marketing on cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
To develop and maintain close relationship with the distribution channels across the Asia region to proactively come up with new asset generating opportunities.
To leverage the strong brand of Manulife Financial to increase the brand awareness of Manulife Investment Management
Strong project management skills and able to collaborate with different internal stakeholders across region.
Streamline manual process as much as possible. Manage a highly motivated and independent team.
Able to work as a core team member in the Manulife Investment Management marketing team and create leverage among key functional experts across the region.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Good communication and collaboration skill to work with various departments and business stakeholders across the region.
Experience and knowledge in the fund industry, keep up with the industry trend.
