The Role Responsibilities
Advise on Affluent and hidden Affluent clients' insurance needs
Conduct protection needs reviews and close sales of insurance products (along with Retail Banker)
Support Sale Team with insurance requests if required
To achieve sales target set for the period
Sales focused role (on FLIP)
Business Engaging and deepening activities (role in client journey)
1. Methodically engage - Protection needs review (in person)
2. Meet & advice (remote & in person)
Assist Retail Banker with sales closure. Meet in person/ VC to fulfil clients' advisory needs. Processes
Meet and consult client, define customer's need
Fulfil documents and submit
Handle client during processing time and well take care after selling products
Follow Group code of conduct and internal policies any time
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
