The Role Responsibilities
Develop Emplacement and delisting process for Appraisers / Valuers,
Monitoring of Appraiser/ Valuer performance through quarterly reviews and annual renewal exercise
Annual portfolio review and monitoring - Property Price Index for BASEL & stress test
Review viability and monitoring of end-financing project tie up.
Monitoring of developer / project concentration risk including project delays
Provide training or advisory support to business and stakeholders in the credit cycle and maintain good rapport with panel valuers in the industry.
Provide updates on the property market to various stakeholders. High level of business partnership and engagement to ensure alignment and implementation of the strategic agenda.
Develop the post disbursal document collection strategy and MIS process to ensure it is working effectively.
Continuous improve the way we work by driving cost effectiveness and automation of credit processes and at the same time maintaining high quality of deliverables.
To support credit and business needs in portfolio analysis.
To provide support in the preparation of reports for regulatory submissions.
To participate in meetings with Business Units and other discussion panels to discuss matters pertaining to selected industries/portfolios/risk areas as and when required.
To support ORF implementation and ensure timely submission of ORF/KCI/CST.
Complete assigned tasks in EORP
Our Ideal Candidate
Professional degree and experience in Real Estate appraisal/valuation process
Good communication/ presentation skills
Good network in local real estate valuation industry.
Good analytical skills and ability to think innovatively
Should be able to work with different and diverse teams well
Good understanding of the credit life cycle and key drivers of performance
