About The Role Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: Permanent Shift Schedule: Full time, 40hrs/week
As part of the Australia Division Business Operational Risk & Compliance function, you will work with the Customer Servicing & Onboarding and Customer Protection Business units to ensure they manage operational risk and compliance effectively and meet the requirements of ANZ ORMMF and Compliance frameworks. You will foster strong working relationships with business and risk partners, provide insight and advice/guidance to business teams in relation to operational risk and compliance and perform effective oversight.
About You To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Solid years of financial services experience and tertiary qualified (business degree)
Proven years of experience in Operational risk and/or Compliance or related disciplines
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence/negotiate change
Excellent communication skills
Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk based manner
