To assume overall responsibility for development of business relationship with new and existing listed Japanese companies
To develop and execute corporate IR (i.e. Investor Relations) meetings for our global investors, especially Japanese companies
Maintain top level contacts with corporate and organize company visits as requested
Communicate with sales and research analysts for the event arrangement
Coordinate schedules, logistics and details for roadshows, corporate days, conferences and other events
Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings
Perform any other duties as assigned
We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.
Degree holder in business, finance or related discipline
At least 8 years of relevant Corporate Access experience with listed Japanese companies is required
Fluent in Japanese and English
Strong attention to details and highly organized
Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
Frequent travel to Japan is required
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (i.e. pivot table, VLookup and knowledge in macros is a plus)
