In July 2017, BlackRock acquired Cachematrix, a premium Software as a Service (SaaS) firm that powers liquidity solutions for many of the world's largest financial institutions. Cachematrix was founded in 2003 and owned by its employees many of whom are fintech experts. The goal of Cachematrix is to simplify cash management for leading banks and their corporate clients.
We are now seeking an experienced sales person who is able to establish relationships with senior decision-makers at leading banking and financial institutions and large corporates to market, demonstrate and sell the Cachematrix capabilities.
Develop effective strategies to appeal to clients in the APAC region
Lead the Cachematrix sales interaction with clients as well as be available for follow up questions and requests
Represent both the white label and the direct to investor proposition
Provide regional representation of the business to Executive Committee members throughout the region
Draft documents for use in proposals to clients
Complete the technical portions of RFIs/RFPs
Participate in sales calls remotely and in person
Work in concert with the BlackRock Cash Sales team in APAC as the information barrier considerations allow
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience
Understanding of SaaS and the money markets
Understanding of the financial services and markets environment desirable
Ability to approach each prospective client interaction as a potential problem to solve
Strong presentation skills
