We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Desk Head, Trust Relationship Manager.
Responsible for the management and performance of the overall portfolio and allocates accounts to individual Trust Relationship Manager to deliver the day-to-day servicing of these accounts.
A key part of the role is the organisation, planning, resource deployment and business prioritisation to maximise the value and impact of the team.
Ensuring the best use of the proposition to deliver the most appropriate wealth planning and succession solutions to our client base is critical to the success of the role and the sustainability of the business.
Responsible for driving business development from existing relationships across the team through deepening existing client relationships and successful collaboration across Global Private Bank and broader Group.
Fulfil the fiduciary responsibilities required as trustees. The individual is expected to closely manage business pipeline and transactional activity of the team, and has overall responsibility for meeting financial growth targets whilst ensuring the business operates within risk appetite.
Key part of the risk management of the business and is responsible for ensuring that the risks inherent in trust relationship management are effectively mitigated. This is achieved through a combination of effective hands on supervision of the activities by the team members as well as a thorough review of management information and escalation of issues. The individual is a Level 1 Supervisor as defined under the Global Private Bank Supervisory Framework.
Expected to build constructive working relationships with Global Functions and other service providers to maximise business performance and ensure robust risk management of issues. Global Private Bank is a particularly important internal stakeholder.
Be appropriately experienced and trained to ensure they can effectively supervise and understand the activities under their remit
Discharge their supervisory responsibilities diligently, and clearly demonstrate the requisite leadership capabilities and risk awareness necessary to meet the requirements of a supervisory role in the organization
Meet the requirements to obtain necessary regulatory certificates, registrations or qualifications
