We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Proposition Manager .
Own and drive new product strategic initiatives to strengthen business propostion, acquire new customers and build customer loyalty
Work closely and collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the Customer Experience Head to provide strategic direction on customer proposition for insurance products and value added services to fit customer needs
Review product and service initiatives from customer proposition prespectives to facilitate management's sign off
Support Customer Experience Head to review customer journeys of offline and online products by implementing need based customer propositions that are best in class and cater to different customer segments
Conduct competitor study on an ongoing basis and recommend counter moves in terms of different level of product and service offerings to ensure market competitiveness
Develop and implement loyalty program to expand communication channels and optimize customer experience and loyalty
Solid years of working experience in life insurance market in Hong Kong with extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge
Good business acumen and marketing sense
Sound operational and system process study experience and strong analytical skills
Detail oriented and good logical process thinking
Self motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Confident to interact with cross functional teams independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
Totally customer focused mindset and good commercial orientation
Good computer skills, ie Excel, Word and PowerPoint
