We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Distribution Development Manager.
Deliver the Commercial Banking distribution model and implement of distribution strategies to achieve Annual Operating Plans targets and maximize profitability for HSBC insurance.
Deliver campaigns or initiatives to uplift the Commercial Banking customer penetration and retention rate for insurance business
Provide timely support to the ISMs and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to drive insurance business
Implement streamlining initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Keep abreast of the latest trend in the market and commercial customers expectation on insurance products, participate and facilitate continuous product development to meet on going customer and business needs
Implement the latest regulatory or compliance requirements and also enhance the sales quality in the sales process
Degree required with preference for advanced degree completion Recognized insurance professional preferably holding relevant insurance professional qualification, must have active license to sell insurance
Solid years of experiences in Insurance or Banking focused on product, business development, marketing or sales.
Specialist product knowledge in Universal Life and other Life product with demonstrated experience of Life Insurance
Results orientated with emphasis on the customer and quality.
Significant level of risk, sales quality and compliance awareness.
Possess the technical and operational expertise and experience to deliver the full and complete customer and business partner quality experience individually and collectively
Be a self motivated, pro active, self starter with the ability to act and perform with minimal direction or instruction
Customer driven with demonstrated commitment to improving customer experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high written and oral proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
