ASIC is seeking an Accommodation Planning and Strategy Manager
The role is based in Sydney, for twelve months with possibility of extension.
The Corporate Services team is responsible for ensuring ASIC has appropriate property, business and information services to support ASIC to undertake its strategic priorities. The Property and Accommodation Services team manage accommodation and associated services. There is a key focus on delivering ASIC's ABW 4-year Property Plan and the implementation of Activity Base Working (ABW) in all ASIC offices, and the management of a third-party provider of property and facilities services (Property Services Provider). The role
Engage with and manage the Property Services Provider (PSP) to understand and develop accommodation project requirements, ensure required levels of service delivery are met, manage project expenditure within agreed budgets, and ensure compliance within the contract.
Ensure implementation of minor and major accommodation projects and changes are in line with ASIC's ABW fitout guidelines.
Assist with delivering the Accommodation Services team's priorities to deliver ASIC's ABW 4-year Property Plan, including minor and major fitouts and upgrades.
Engage with and assist to guide internal stakeholder teams, including Corporate Affairs, IT, Security, and People and Development as required, and liaise with the broader business to deliver all minor and major accommodation projects.
Ensure ASIC's functional requirements are delivered in all projects, including acting as the client-side liaison between internal Security, Work Health & Safety, and Finance teams.
Bachelor's degree, or higher, in related field such as Property Economics, Facilities Management, and/or Built Environment.
5 Years' experience in a similar role. Experience in Government is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in contract management and client relationship management.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, meeting timeframes and achieving outcomes including implementing positive behavioural change strategies.
