What You'll Be Doing In this role you will work under guidance of the Senior Director, and will be part of a team responsible for the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Stress Testing and Forecasting Models for the Bank's credit portfolios (retail and wholesale).
How You'll Succeed
Design and Develop - You will contribute to the design, development, documentation, implementation, use, and monitoring of credit stress testing / forecasting models for the Wholesale and Retail portfolios.
Use of Models - You will e stimate probabilities of default, regulatory capital requirements and potential losses under stress/forecasted scenarios for the Wholesale and Retail portfolios at the bank or business level for the purposes of (i) Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), (ii) regulatory stress testing exercises, (iii) the assessment of risks at the business level, and (iv) IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss under forward looking information.
Analytics - You will work on various a d-hoc credit risk analytics .
Who You Are
You have a degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative (finance / economics / statistics / mathematics / management science / computer science) field.
You demonstrate solid experience in credit risk quantification (PD, LGD and EAD) and time series modeling. Expert knowledge of SAS and its statistical procedures and techniques. Other knowledge of statistical and programing tools an asset.
