Provides a broad range of analytical and/or process support, research, and execution on projects and special initiatives. Reviews and provides reporting and operational analytics as input for senior team members and leadership. Contributes to overall deliverables and strategies of the team on a variety of metrics. May also work with directly or indirectly with clients. This program is designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent within TD. After successful completion of this program, occupants should be prepared to move into a permanent role.
Complete rotation objectives set together with each host at the beginning of each rotation
Contribute to, support, and prioritize comprehensive, efficient, and accurate processes to meet and exceed business/client needs and requirements
Conduct meaningful qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, and obtain/share internal and external data and best practices
Improve processes within area including but not limited to those related to reporting, planning, and forecasting; contribute to overall effectiveness of the organization
Assist in conducting value-added business analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business unit/client endeavors, including ad-hoc reviews, reporting, and takeaways with attribution analysis and executive summaries within own area or as assigned
Liaise with other areas of the business and overall enterprise to facilitate completion of projects
For Financial Advisor Program:
Provide personalized financial services advice relating to everyday banking, investment solutions, credit needs, and credit management
Build effective, profitable, long-lasting relationships with a variety of unique personal banking and business banking clients
Liaise with other business units (e.g., Wealth, Business Banking, etc.) to facilitate successful referrals of clients For Technology Solutions Programs:
Create code and maintain software, applications, etc. according to business requirements, UX designs, and architectural guidelines, ensuring a high-quality solution
Contribute to various operational activities and processes as assigned
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area
Protect the interests of the organization identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk activities as necessary
Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exists
Acquire and apply expertise in the discipline
Identify, recommend and effectively execute standard practices applicable to the discipline
Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite For Financial Advisor Program:
Engage customers in conversation to understand and meet their current and future financial needs by proactively providing them with advice/counsel and appropriate products and services
Promote products, sales, services and banking capabilities
Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by initiating and closing sales opportunities and referrals
Identify and refer customers to other partners as appropriate
Act as a key resource for all customer financial needs
Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION Undergraduate Degree in related field

Completion of the IFIC/CSC and CFSA is required For all USA-based employees:
