You will play a critical role in our Risk Delivery Change team, where you will assist the business in the day to day management of their business readiness activities, as well, lead and manage communications to support our project delivery business solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Contribute to the development of change materials for project communications and engagement.
Support Change Managers with training materials preparation, and assist with training logistics support as needed
Ensure that version control is applied to program documents/artefacts and ensure they are appropriately stored for audit purposes
Coordinate and support the communication requirements for each of the project streams within business
Ensure communications activities and messages align with, complement and reinforce overall Group and Divisional communication strategies and plans
Provide strategic communication advice and support to the Portfolio Director
Develop and maintain the communication framework
Coordinate team communication tools including team newsletter and stakeholder updates
Contribute to Change Management assessments, workshops and other communications research activities
Ensure alignment across all forms of communication with Westpac's vision, strategy and values
Build and maintain relationships with Business Unit communication teams and other relevant influencers and stakeholders

What do I need?
You will be a capable communications practitioner, who can work autonomously on a project. You will need to demonstrate at least four years of experience working within large, and highly complex, enterprise level change/communication initiatives.
When working for such a large, complex organisation an ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment is vital.
Skills & Experience:
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Sound presentation skills to high quality and speed: PowerPoint critical and other tools advantageous
Capacity to deliver multiple outcomes in very tight timeframes and pressured environment
Proven ability in managing diverse and multiple stakeholder groups
Experience in developing documentation and delivering against project/change management methodologies
Financial Services experience
Proven technical communications and project experience.
Strong stakeholder management experience and working with senior stakeholders
