Our Real Estate Finance Continental Europe West in Paris is looking for a Senior Origination Analyst (m/w/d).
Included in the deal team with strong link with Underwriting and Origination, the Data Input manager will:
Collects and organize the data in order to easier the information search
Updates and correct the databases by adding missing data and removing errors ("loan servicing tool")
Implements data in the different systems with the support of the data owners in head office and in the deal team to provide accurate ratings (inc. Probability of Default i.e. PD & Loss Given Default i.e. LGD) to deal team members
Ensures the data reliability
Organizes the data to make their optimal use
Our internal process and digitalization require entering data in the different systems such as:
"loan servicing tool": Upload of the tenancy schedule, properties details, loan details, in order to be able to upload at later stage information from VPT (internal pricing tool), Borrowers' information, covenant set up, etc...
VPT: checking that the datas are accurate and reliable between «loan servicing tool» and VPT
Extract from «loan servicing tool» of the Exposure to a GCC (Authority level calculator) + checking accuracy with Center of Evidence (the process owner)
"CMS TEMPLATE" files (to book collaterals, insurance...)
Ops Memo: to book in SAP properties/securities/ loan details...
LGD rating calculation tool: Upload of properties details and tenant information
PD rating calculation tool: refile the system to be able to produce a deal PD
Update of the bank's refinancing tool
Bac+2 at least type sales, marketing or equivalent
Knowledge of Banking sector and Real Estate
Good knowledge of IT with a good understanding of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Fluency in French and very good command of written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
