In order to support our expanding business, we are looking for talented and highly motivated candidates (m/f/d) for an: Internship within our Mergers & Acquisitions department in Frankfurt for a period of 4-6 months starting January 2020
This internship will provide you with a unique place to acquire deep insight on corporate and financial markets. Therefore, it constitutes a gateway for international opportunities. As part of the M&A team, you gain experience and work on projects across our German-speaking client base:
Assisting senior bankers on creating M&A business opportunities
Participating in the preparation and execution of transactions
Preparing client presentations
Conducting industry and company research and analysis
Gaining an understanding and developing company valuations and financial models
Strong academic track record, minimum of two semesters in business administration and/or economics
Course specialisation preferably in corporate finance, accounting or controlling
A working knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English and German
High motivation to learn and work in a global team
Commitment to Banco Santander's high ethical standards
