Lead a small team to manage property budget, facilities & premises acquisition, disposal, lease-in, lease-out, market research and property related regulator liaison
Provide day-to-day property management service including negotiation works, renovation, restacking, relocation, periodic inspection, cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities and properties, property payment and rental collection in PRC
Prepare bank-wide occupancy budget and other budget for projects & daily operations on responsible areas
Formulate and execute premises acquisition, disposal, lease-in and lease-out plan
Recommend facilities acquisition, disposal, deployment, and repair and maintenance plan for management approval
Formulate and execute facilities acquisition, disposal, deployment, repair and maintenance plan per management direction
Develop and maintain update-to-date policies and procedures for property related facilities management to in line with the changes in business needs and regulatory requirement
Degree holder is preferred
Min. 10 years' experience in asset management and/or facilities management and vendor management in project delivery
Holder of Estate Agent License issued by the Estate Agents Authority of Hong Kong is preferred
