Procure to Pay Team manages onboarding of vendors and creates master data to deliver contract compliance, create requisitions and generate approvals. Obtain requested goods and services, ensure complete transaction data. Pay vendors and generate reports.
About the Role
To support Procurement Operations Market Data and Corporate Wireless buyer activities (also known as Entitlements).This includes order processing, data inventory tracking, account set up, and account maintenance.
Routine and complex orders of goods, services and equipment via eProcurement applications and/or other preferred channel processes.
As commodity expert, the candidate will interact with customers and suppliers for products and services requirements throughout the procure to pay life cycle process.
The candidate will maintain and facilitate effective partnerships within the lines of business and is a focal point in communication with the suppliers customer service team to ensure order compliance in meeting contractual SLA.
Responds to customer questions and resolves problems meeting departmental SLA measurements.
Identifying Purchasing needs and negotiating with Suppliers
Is a subject matter expert for commodity and process within implementation projects, tracking of supplier performance including reporting, monitoring of inventory levels, trend analysis and mid to complex problem resolution.
Identifying improvements in tools and processes in order to streamline and automate existing processes
Run reports and provide data required to support internal reporting requirements, and/or in support of resolving issues and project needs
Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.
Must be able to adapt self and team to assignments quickly
Ability to manage time, meet or exceed all deadlines and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Exhibits appropriate sense of urgency in managing responsibilities
Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Market Skills and Certifications
Minimum Graduation Required.
1+ year of Procurement experience, Supply Chain experience, and knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Accounts Payable functions or a combination of both
