Department Overview Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business provides technology support to a full range of personalized wealth management, investment and retirement products and services to clients across U.S. based businesses including Wells Fargo Advisors. About the Role To implement an enterprise automation platform that allows Wells Fargo to leverage the capabilities of RPA to automate business and technology processes for increased operational efficiency and reduced expense. The objective of RPA is an improved customer experience and operational excellence through increased efficiency, performance and agility in the day-to-day activities. The Developer guides and manages the RPA solution preparation and delivery. Collaborates with the other process and solution development team roles to interpret business requirements and translate them into an automation solution that meets functional and non-functional needs. Responsibilities
Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
Responsible for designing efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable unattended Blue Prism design standards
Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Providing guidance, Training and up skilling the development team as required
Capturing, sharing Implementing the best practices
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive (2-3 years) experience in implementation and delivery of RPA tools including Blue Prism and/or UiPath.
.Net experience (VB.NET/C#/ASP.NET) with at least 6 years of experience for development work in .Net technologies.
Sound knowledge in Distributed Application Architecture, 3/N-Tier & Client-Server Architectures
Good working knowledge of SQL database and OOPs Programming.
Ability to think out of the box to design, build and implement solutions across various business lines
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in leading a team of trained resource, solution design, delivery
Well versed with Architecture and Design Principles
Should be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
Certification in Automation tools (Blue Prism) is an advantage.
Ability to set appropriate deliverable timelines and follow-through.
Demonstrated competency with accurate verbal and written communications.
