Market Job Description
As part of Wholesale International Program, implementation of Oracle Flexcube and Oracle Banking Payments Module is ongoing project. Selected candidate would be part of the Development team involved in customization & implementation of Oracle Flexcube and/or Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM)
About the Role
-Ensures good ticket higiene standards and may works on to identify recurring issues -May be required to participate in regular connects with partner groups like DEV, DBA, Middleware etc. -Is responsible for updating the ticket logs and help in Weekly/Monthly statistics reports -Ability to handle scheduled/unscheduled issues like - outages, Patching, BCP simulation etc -Works on proactive monitoring for all environments supported by team -Workes on Technical, Process and SOP documents updates -May need to write queries to extract data and/or validate data loads -Has understanding of BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas. -Works on EACO Calls / meetings with the Team Lead/Manager -Contributes to improvements and automations implementations
-Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management -Zero deviations in daily support tasks and realeases -Works on deployments, BCP simulations and issues resolution in Prod, BCP and PFIX/UAT environments -Provides technology support for all the applications that the team is supporting -Ensures all the tasks and projects assigned are completed witin agreed SLA -Helps in the resolution of medium/complex issues -Follows the available escalation process wherever required -Helps to ensure all support/maintenance tasks for the application/s that team suppots are completed on time and ensures that all issues are resolved within agreed SLA
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ Years of application support experience. DotNet; IIS, Windows; Tomcat, NDM Knowledge in Scheduling tools like Autosys, Knowledge on any monitoring tools like ITRS , App Dynamics or Splunk; Knowledge in SQL Server RDBMS Nice to have : Experience on BMC Remedy
Non-Technical: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with US partners directly - Initiate, facilitate and coordinate bridge line activities as needed during critical production support (P1) events - Test and validate implementation of production fixes as required - Good problem solving and analytical skills - Participating in applications/systems upgrade testing and updating the relevant documentation
The flexibility to work in ad-hoc shifts when required.
The ability to understand team dynamics and use interpersonal skills and personal judgment to achieve goals - Proven knowledge of diagnostic and support tools used in the application support environment - Experience in Production Support with a Financial Services company -desired
