We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President Business Development .
Organize and participate in client meetings to understand clients need on GTRF solution together with GBDM
Build close client relationship and handle client GTRF enquiry such as discounting, Guarantee issuance, trade account opening etc. independently to improve profitability of the relationship
Support Business development team on complex and multi country deals which require a close collaboration with RM and BDM across countries and regions
Collaborate with Receivable Finance and Solutions Structuring teams closely to create open account solutions for Client
Organize and participate in regular Global client team calls across regions for business update, issues escalation or support and lessons learnt sharing and action items etc. to ensure client is supported in a timely manner
Preparation of marketing and presentation material for solution pitching, business review etc.
Support deal implementation by working closely with Client, RM and Services team etc.
Support Housekeeping activities including call reports, global pipeline updates and ad-hoc reporting requirement
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline Extensive knowledge of global trade and receivables finance, services, products and techniques.
Good understanding of the market trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment.
Detailed knowledge if Credit and Risk including techniques to mitigate risk.
Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services. Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
